As part of an ongoing communication program that we were developing for the VQA Ontario to express appellation to industry and the world, we created a campaign to compel winemakers and their wineries to tell the appellation story and emphasize its importance to their audience. The campaign involved a number of executions from print to emailers, online surveys and a direct mail piece utilizing a rock in a small gift box.
The secondary message was to draw the industry to the new and massive body or resources that Insite was creating on behalf of the VQA Ontario available throught their website. The resources are part of the VQAO’s commitment to supporting the Ontario wine industry with research and basic educational resources. The campaign ran summer 2008.
