With each project we dig deep to reveal the real emotional value and potential of the brand. We work with our clients to discover and develop the brand’s compelling assets to the audience and if necessary, adjust the business and product plan to be better and more meaningful for the future audiences.
At times, we help create a product that fits a hole in the market that we’ve identified. We might see a new opportunity or a space for clear differentiation which we capitalize on by adjusting the brand or product to suit this position and fulfil the desire of the audiences or cultures that exist there.
We aim to ensure the end product will be a successful and meaningful fit, enriching the lives of the end users and those who’ll engage with the brand.
Being a multi-disciplinary group, we assist our clients with a bespoke service of effort through all aspects of a brand’s build. Starting with strategy, purpose to fit, brand creative, identity through to packaging, interior experience and interior design and content creation and standards for marketing teams — we build a complete holistic brand from start to finish.
Since 1993, partners Leslie Akse and Barry Imber and team have helped conceive brands that audiences wish to engage in and live with. Beyond creating compelling emotional brands, strong identities and package, we assist in establishing the culture around these brands through deeper offerings, experiences, spaces, events and rich compelling content.
Once launched, we continue to work closely with these brands to ensure they adapt to change and evolve within opportunity, staying relevant, vibrant and resilient.
We work with all types of brands and companies large and small. But the commonality between these is what’s important. Firstly our clients are motivated to make the best product and experience for their audiences and are not satisfied with mediocre. This is important because it means that while we’re all in this together with the passion toward getting things right, our clients are ready to be honest about their product and able to take the potential punch of criticism and change like a champ.
And secondly the brands we work with are intended for audiences that care about the products and experiences they engage in. This is a premium relationship. Our audiences adopt our clients’ products because it enriches their lives. They desire, not need. Consequently our brands build or become part of the culture within the audience. Whether the product is a consumable or place, the audience wants to be a part of the brand, believe in the authentic brand story and engage with the real people and place of the brand.
