As part of the brand strategy and design, Insite specializes in creating the living, experiential brand expression through retail, hospitality and events. This means strategizing the brand experience and related business models of the physical space, then designing the facility inclusive of interior, fixture design, audience flow, product curation, music, signage, uniforms, staff training and more. Insite strategized and designed Centro Garden’s second location, Centro NOCA, to be about the love of doing. A celebration of domesticity — a source of inspiration and elevation of the everyday activities around the home. Cooking, cleaning, bartending, celebrating, entertaining and more is represented in the focus of the product categories.
As part of the experience for guests, the shop includes a coffee and gelato cafe called NOCA Gelato complete with its own identity. The small food service space allows staff to entertain while using Centro’s various coffee and tea centric goods and food stuffs, but also doubles as demonstration space. Including a food service component also helps keep the shop top of mind with the neighbouring community.
